Belize – Day 6: An Awesome Cave Kayaking Trip and a Fancy Dinner
Day 6 in Belize started with a great cave kayaking tour in the Cayo jungle and ended with a delicious dinner at an upscale restaurant in a posh resort.
Grove House Restaurant at Sleeping Giant Rainforest Lodge :: Belmopan, Belize
An upscale restaurant in a luxury lodging. With its field to table concept, Grove House offers fresh ingredients in their dishes and provides quality food at a reasonable price for cuisine of this caliber.
Why I Wasn’t Thrilled About Cave Tubing at St. Herman’s Cave in Belize

Belize – Day 5: Ziplining and Cave Tubing in the Jungle
Day 5 in Belize was the first of several days of adventure in the Cayo jungles. The day started with a great ziplining trip and ended with a less-than-stellar cave tubing tour, with a bit of muddy hiking thrown into the mix.
Flying over the Jungles of Belize :: Ziplining in the Cayo District
The safest zipline operation I’ve seen to date. Great equipment, great guides, and great lines. Add the Cayo jungle as your backdrop, and you’re set to fly over and through the trees!
Maya Guide Adventures & Jungle Lodge :: Belmopan, Belize
A perfect place to stay at if you love rugged outdoor adventures. A win-win as they offer both adventure tours and lodgings. Owned and operated by a local Mayan family who also employs locals, so you’re definitely helping to support the community.
